In order for students to purchase a Prom ticket they must first complete the "Prom Contract." This contract must bear the signature of the Saint Genevieve student, the student's date, and the signature(s) of their parent(s) or guardian(s).
All tuition and fees must be paid in full in order to attend the Prom or any other graduation activity (includes all tuition, late payments, athletic fees, and other fees for the 2017-2018 school year). Prom contract and Prom fee are due at the same time… you must have both to purchase a ticket. Prom fee is non refundable and non transferable.
There will be a "friendly frisk" at the entrance to the prom and once a student enters he or she is not permitted to leave until dismissed by the teacher chaperones at the conclusion of the event.
If a student is judged by the administration (or one of it’s designated teachers) to be under the influence of drugs/alcohol, their parents will be called to pick up their child (with further consequences determined by school administrators).
A student is responsible for the behavior of their guest and will be held accountable and subject to discipline for their guest's behavior and all school rules/policies apply at the prom.Students will not be admitted to the prom later than 7:30 P.M.
Saint Genevieve High School sponsors the Prom and as such accepts responsibility for its proper supervision. Saint Genevieve does not sponsor any other pre or post prom parties for its students and accepts no responsibility for these parties.
Failure to meet the payment deadline for any previous or current mandated school event that involves some type of payment may lead to that student being excluded from future events.
