Monday 3- 3:45pm Warm-ups 4pm – 4:45pm Weights
Tuesday 1:35 – 2:50pm Warm-ups, drills 4pm – 5pm on the field Hurdles and Throwers
Wednesday Same as Monday
Thursday 1:35pm – 2:50pm Warm- ups, drills
We will meet in Coach Fanelli’s room before every practice for now. You can leave your things in her room.
We are supposed to have rain all week for the most part. If so we will go over what is suppose to happen at TRACK meets and talk about the different events and rules for Track & Field.
NEVER ASSUME, ALWAYS BRING WORKOUT CLOTHES WITH YOU ON PRACTICE DAYS.
