Dr. Susan Murphy

Dr. Susan Murphy is the H.E. Robbins Professor of Statistics, a Professor of Psychiatry, and a Research Professor at the Institute for Social Research at the University of Michigan. Her current primary interest is in causal inference and multi-stage decisions sometimes called dynamic treatment regimes or adaptive treatment strategies. She is particularly interested in developing statistical methods and experimental designs that can be used in formulating dynamic treatment regimes. She is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association and a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics
