St. Genevieve prepares students for their future by providing a quality academic and moral education.

Because we’re a small school, our teachers, coaches, and administrators give one-on-one attention to every student.  No one gets lost on campus; nobody falls through the cracks in our classes.

 St. Genevieve graduates aren’t only ready for college – they’re prepared for life.

St. Genevieve graduates must complete 275 credits for graduation.  Requirements include:

Religion 40 credits

English 40 credits

Mathematics 30 credits

Social Studies 30 credits

Foreign Language 20 credits

Science 20 credits

Fine Arts 10 credits

PE/Health 40 credits

Electives 45 credits


Psychology Sociology Physiology

Drama Dance Environmental Science

Choir Band Broadcast Journalism

Art Newspaper   Music Appreciation

Orchestra Video Production


Freshmen: 15 hours Sophomores: 25 hours

Juniors: 30 hours Seniors: 20 hours


Grades are weighted for Honors and AP classes.

The following percentage scale is used to determine the semester grade for a course:

A: 90-100 B: 80-89 C: 70-79

D: 60-69 F: Below 60

 St. Genevieve is proud of the fact that 99% of our graduates attend colleges and universities, with many admitted to some of the nation's best schools, such as: Columbia University, University of Southern California (USC), Boston University, Loyola Marymount University, Mount St. Mary's College, University of San Francisco, St. Mary's College, University of California schools (Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD, etc.), and California State University schools (Channel Islands, SFSU, CSUN, etc.).
